The Team
As a seasoned leader & entrepreneur with over 25 years of hands-on experience across diverse industries and company sizes, I have dedicated most of my career to mastering supply chain planning and execution, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and the innovative technologies that drive them—such as AI and machine learning.
I have 15+ years of hands-on forecast baseline modeling and shaping experience and enjoy particularly the complexity of proper demand planning in dynamic market environments, as DP sits across both commercial and supply chain worlds.
In 2024, I founded Aetheris, a consultancy firm with the clear ambition to enable our clients to plan their supply chain more reliably, accurately, and efficiently through increased automation, taking from them the burden of generating baselines cycle after cycle. This allows their teams to dedicate valuable resources to strategic, high-impact activities, such as sales and customer care, business intelligence, etc...
My expertise is built upon a solid academic foundation, combining a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a master’s degree in business management (major in business finance) and more than a fourth of a century of professional track record in Marketing and Supply Chain.
I am passionate about transforming supply chains into a competitive advantage for businesses and thrive on solving complex challenges. My approach blends strategic vision with hands-on implementation to deliver measurable results.

The Money
At Aetheris, we are convinced that our clients should only pay for what they consume and their outsourcing budget consumption must be predictable at all times. Therefore, we collaboratively establish the mandate's scope, the required timeframe, and the corresponding budget.
Our billing methods are specific to the services provided:
A. Per hour: we invoice “per hour" for services such as "Project Management" or "Full Demand Planning”. Aetheris provides a time tracking sheet with each monthly invoice.
B. Per DFU/Forecast Item: we invoice based on the Baseline count for our "Baseline as a Service" (BaaS), ensuring a consistent and predictable billing and sheltering our clients from workload variability inherent to baseline modeling and shaping in dynamic markets.
